These Terms govern your use of Samexo Pty Ltd ("the Service"), operated by Samexo Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Samexo Pty Ltd is a personal life-operating-system that provides AI assistance, routines, journaling, finance, education, household, and wellness tools. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
You must not: (a) use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently; (b) infringe anyone's intellectual property; (c) attempt to interfere with security, probe, scan, or scrape the Service; (d) introduce malware; (e) misuse AI features to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, harassment, or malware; (f) attempt to jailbreak or circumvent safety controls. You are responsible for your prompts, how you use AI outputs, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring you have rights to any content you input. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must have legal authority to enter these Terms.
Samexo Pty Ltd offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
We retain ownership of the Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service.
We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter AI outputs, and suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Repeat infringers will have access terminated. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us to request takedown.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination, your data may be exported for a reasonable window before deletion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is capped at fees you paid in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction.
