We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Samexo Pty Ltd subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle (the Merchant of Record for all Samexo Pty Ltd orders). To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Contact our support team and we'll process it through Paddle on your behalf.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription or from the Paddle customer portal. After canceling, you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

Free trial

The 7-day free trial does not require a card. No charge occurs unless you subscribe.
