Payments are processed by Paystack on behalf of Samexo (Pty) Ltd. Samexo is the seller and handles refund requests directly. To request a refund, contact our support team with the email you used at checkout and we'll process the refund through Paystack within 5 business days.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription or by contacting support. After canceling, you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
The 14-day free trial does not require a card. No charge occurs unless you subscribe.
